SHIPPING & RETURNS
Items sent for calibration will be shipped back by either a Royal Mail signed for service or a Courier service. The service used is dependent on weight and destination. Please note our insurance only covers the value of the calibration and not your equipment. We will however ensure that your equipment is either returned in the packaging we received it in or packaging offering a greater protection.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
New equipment sales items are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Any faulty item should be returned to Sercal Electronics once received we will confirm the fault status and return to the manufacture for repair or exchange.
New equipment sales purchased in error will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee covers our cost to check the item before resale and to replace any missing or damaged accessories or packaging.
Calibration certification cannot be returned or exchanged. We are able to offer 30 day warranty on any repair carried out, if calibration certification was carried out during the initial work then we will issue a new certificate after the warranty repair free of charge
