Our Engineers have in excess of 15 years experience in repairing Robin and Kewtech brand equipment. We also undertake repairs on other manufacturers equipment, the use of the manufacturers own recommended parts or those of a higher quality from a third party source will be used.
All instruments are fully repaired prior to any quotation being issued to a customer to enable all faults to be located and to ensure the unit is repaired to full working order. This means that once the quotation has been accepted the customer gets his instrument returned quickly and efficiently. If any unit is badly damaged and is beyond economical repair, an equivalent replacement instrument will be offered to any customer in this situation. These will all add up to a reputation of high quality and reliable repair.
Each quotation will also offer the option of a calibration certificate at an additional cost. If the offer of calibration is not taken then each repair will still be checked for accuracy against specification as part of the QA (quality assurance) system.
All our repairs carry a three month guarantee.
We are also able to offer a variety of fixed price contracts. These range from calibration only to a fully inclusive contract to include all repairs.
A control database is in place to track the progress of each instrument from the moment it arrives to the moment it departs and all the stages in the meanwhile through our specially designed database. The system holds all the equipment details, work carried out and costings together with customer information enabling any archived details to be easily accessed.
SerCal Electronics are approved suppliers to distribute spare components for Robin test equipment. We also act as service agents for the Kewtech Corporation Limited.
