SerCal Electronics Limited commenced trading on the 12th February 2004, and was established by John Cawkwell and Brenton Rowe (formerly of Robin Electronics - Fluke UK Limited) due to the closure of Robin - Fluke in Doncaster at the end of January 2004.

Our aim is to offer a friendly and efficient repair and calibration service adapted to suit customer needs at affordable prices.

With in excess of 15 years experience in the electrical test equipment field, we are also able to repair and calibrate all manufacturer's equipment.Whether your test equipment requires repair or its annual calibration, employees require training in the latest electrical test techniques or new equipment/ consumables, SerCal Electronics offers a one stop service for all users of electrical test equipment. We endeavour to ensure that customer's needs and expectations are determined and that the service they receive is of the highest standard. Regular customer interaction, by way of a questionnaire or direct customer comments shall be taken on board and where possible the relevant action applied.

Any potential improvements related to customer requirements shall be assessed.

Such services shall be carried out using good professional practice by trained competent staff, in accordance with stated methods and the clients requirements.

SerCal gained ISO9001:2000 Quality Registration in October 2004. We applied for this accreditation to help us to gain recognition for our consistently high standards in our repair and calibration service.

To maintain the accreditation, SerCals staff and projects are assessed regularly to ensure that we understand the procedures in place and that we follow them correctly.

The holding of ISO9001:2000 quality accreditation demonstrates that our procedures and services are managed efficiently. Our procedures ensure that at any point in time, our staff is able to ascertain the current stage of a project and access all the information associated with it.
